With our Client-side Recording, which features a Media Server Retrieval System, you can record calls from any source and store them centrally for playback, download and reporting.
The Media Server Retrieval System transfers the automatically Zipped Recordings from the Agent’s PC to a storage device. The System will also catalog each recording with campaign attributes necessary for easy search and playback. With On-line CTI you can automate the recordings stop and start features or configure them for manual use. Calls can be recorded from remote locations using traditional TDM or VOIP services, allowing you greater flexibility with your work force. Controls allow you to set rules for network bandwidth and storage.
